What is endless agony all about?

Endless agony is an entertainment site where you can post problems or issues for the world at large to read and comment on.

What kind of problems and what kind of advice?
|
Within reason (please read our terms and conditions), you can post whatever problems and give whatever advice you see fit.
However, the site is intended to be
light-hearted and humourous. If we consider your problem to be too serious or requiring
specialist help, we may choose not to release it on our site.

How can I post a problem?
|
Click on the 'post a problem' link on the top menu bar. Give your problem a short title and fill in the details - try to keep it short and to the point - then select a category. If you want, you can also request one of our resident aunties and uncles to comment on your submission. Once you have finished, click on the submit button. All problems are submitted anonymously.

How can I give advice?

You need to log on to the site before you can give advice.
To Login, click on 'login' from the top menu bar. This will take you to the login screen.
If you are new to the site, you can follow the new user? create a user
name link to create your logon.
Once you have loged in, click on any problem and you will see a link to Click here to give your valuable advice  click on this link, type in your advice and submit.

Who are the Aunties and Uncles?

The Aunties and Uncles are our resident team of problem advisors
They will each offer advice reflecting their own particular
point of view. To find out more about each Auntie or Uncle, click
their name on the right hand menu bar.

How do I upload a photo and create a profile?
|
Log in and go to the update your details section on the top menu bar. Scroll down to the
public information section and enter your details
|

How can I see someone else's profile?
|
Just click on their name and you can see their
profile (if they have one) and also all the answers they have given
|

What is ICQ?
|
Go to the icq site. It basically
allows you to communicate with other people via chat rooms or directly with instant
messenger. We might get round to doing a chat room here one day but in the meantime
you can take the chat to icq...

How do I become a 'proper' agony aunt?
|
At the moment we're not taking applications to join our permanent agony team.

What do the icons mean?
|
 - you can click on this if you want
to bring a piece of advice to the editor's attention. This might be because
it is outstanding funny or perhaps because it is offensive and you think
action needs to be taken.
